Great experience. Worked with Jim on acquiring a 2012 Subaru Impreza, and I was in and out the same day. I had a few cosmetic issues with the car that I felt needed to be addressed before I signed on the dotted line. No problem; their onsite service center fixed up the problem areas, and after that, my car was ready to go. I would definitely recommend Auto Showcase.

I bought a Cadallic Escalade from here in August 2014. They were supposed to have it shipped to me for an additional $700. Three weeks later we had to drive up 5 hours just to meet someone to pickup our vehicle. The first day getting the truck we hear noises while driving. Took it to the Cadillac dealership, it was a bad strut & it would cost us $900 to repair. I called Auto Showcase and let them know, he refused to pay for the repairs and said I would send you a check for $300 because it shouldnt cost $900 to repair the truck.(really?) Every since we purchased this vehicle until now we have poured almost $10,000 or more into it from constant problems. The vehicle also had a rusted frame which went undisclosed to us. I would never purchase another vehicle from Auto Showcase or would never recommend to anyone. You have been warned....Purchase with caution!!!
